Lindsy Hively, LMHC

As I evolve as a human, I do my best to see the forest for the trees, or in other words, zoom out, ask many questions, and take time to answer them.
I am not blind to my patterns of struggle and when I need help, but I have struggled to learn this.
As Socrates said, the unexamined life is not worth living, but I try to impart to my clients that the unlived life is not worth examining. This often happens through trial and error.
